Vision
At Happy Home Childcare, we believe every child deserves to have the opportunity to learn, play, and thrive in order to aid their development. Therefore, we want to break down the barriers between education and homeless children and their families. With this in mind, we are able to become the child’s support system that will help them move from surviving to happy and thriving. Ultimately, our hope is that the children in our program learn to be resilient despite their adversities so that they can believe in themselves in order to gain the desire to keep learning and create a strong future.
Mission
We are dedicated to providing developmentally appropriate experiences and resources for children and their families that are homeless or at risk. Happy Home works in partnerships with children, families, and staff in every decision made in the program. By working together, the children will have a strong community that will aid them in their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. With a play-based curriculum, each child will discover their own strengths and interests, develop self-esteem, and spark curiosity through play. Through this, we aim to establish a loving and safe environment that fosters a sense of belonging. Overall, Happy Home exists to serve the needs of the children and their families.
