Unsheltered Locations
yes
children and youths who have a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a regular sleeping accommodation for human beings
children and youths who are living in cars, parks, public spaces, abandoned buildings, substandard housing, bus or train stations, or similar settings
Emergency Shelters and Transitional Housing

children and youth who are living in emergency or transitional shelters
Motels and Hotels
yes
children and youth who are living in motels, hotels, trailer parks, or camping grounds due to the lack of alternative adequate accommodations
Staying with Others (“Doubled-Up”)
yes
children and youths who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or a similar reason
Health Requirements
All children must be vaccinated before entering the program
If the child is unable to receive a vaccination, the center can provide this service
Family Requirements
All parents or legal guardians are required to get involved in the child's learning:

Attend a workshop or seminar training

Read a story to the class

Participate in class activities

Chaperone a field trip

Help with cutting or gluing
All activities are flexible and we only require participation in ONE of these activities
