Schedule of The Day

Good Morning!

7:00 am – 7:30 am: Arrival and greetings
7:30 am – 7:45 am: Healthy morning snack
7:45 am – 8:00 am: Cleanup/ diapering/ toileting
8:00 am – 8:30 am: Morning meeting (songs and stories)
8:30 am – 9:15 am: Free play (art, dramatic play, blocks)
9:15 am – 10:00 am: Active story time (stories where children can participate through actions, movement, and acting parts of the story)
10:00 am – 10:45 am: Morning outdoor play
10:45 am – 11:00 am: Diapering/ toileting
11:00 am – 11:45 am: Small group games/ activities
11:45 am – 12:00 pm: Handwashing/ lunch set up

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Nap time
2:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Quiet play/ diapering/ toileting
3:00 pm – 3:45 pm: Music and movement time
3:45 pm – 4:00 pm: Handwashing/ snack set up
4:00 pm – 4:15 pm: Afternoon snack
4:15 pm – 5:00 pm: Afternoon outdoor play
5:00 pm – 5:45 pm: Guided Play/ Personal skill building time (each child will interact one-on-one with a teacher and work on a specific skill)
5:45 pm – 6:00 pm: Diapering/ toileting
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Afternoon meeting (reflect on the day’s activities)
6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Departure/ free play
